Yes. We handle the full build process, including coordination with consultants, certifiers and trades. You’ll deal with one team from start to finish.

Absolutely. We’re happy to provide guidance early – even before plans are drawn or lodged.

Yes. DBM holds a valid NSW builder’s licence (459679C), is fully insured, and WHS compliant. We’re also members of the HIA and MBA, and registered NDIS providers.

Unlike many builders, DBM doesn’t use variations as a hidden cost trap. Wherever possible, foreseeable variations are included upfront in our quotes and tenders. If anything unexpected arises during the project, we’re upfront about it — explaining the reason, documenting the change, and ensuring your approval before moving forward. It’s all about transparency and trust.
