Unlike many builders, DBM doesn’t use variations as a hidden cost trap. Wherever possible, foreseeable variations are included upfront in our quotes and tenders. If anything unexpected arises during the project, we’re upfront about it, explaining the reason, documenting the change, and ensuring your approval before moving forward. It’s all about transparency and trust.
