Do I need to have plans before contacting you?

Not at all. We can help guide you early – even before you engage an architect or draftsperson.

Can you help with finishes and appliance selections?

Yes – we’ll walk you through everything and even take you to showrooms. You’ll sign off on each finish before it goes in.

How much involvement is expected from me?

That’s up to you. We’ll support you through every step, but we won’t overload you with decisions. It’s a clear, guided process.

How does DBM handle variations?

Unlike many builders, DBM doesn’t use variations as a hidden cost trap. Wherever possible, foreseeable variations are included upfront in our quotes and tenders. If anything unexpected arises during the project, we’re upfront about it, explaining the reason, documenting the change, and ensuring your approval before moving forward. It’s all about transparency and trust.
